firenews.net SWEPSONVILLE - Deputy Chief Jerry Donley, age 46, was found dead at the fire station this morning after working a 24 hour shift. He was a twenty-eight year veteran of the fire service.

Flags to Fly at Half Mast to Honor Tarheal Fallen Firefighter

The flags at the North Carolina Fallen Firefighters Memorial will fly at half mast to honor Tar Heel Firefighter Ronald Phillip Allen, Jr. of Bladen County.  The flags will be lowered to half mast on Sunday September 24th until Saturday September 30th.
