Chad Eric Green
Deputy Chief Chad Eric Greene, age 34, of Union Cross Fire Rescue, died on Wednesday, November 4th after responding to a MVC and completing a shift with Union Cross Fire Rescue.Greene was found unresponsive at home around noon.
