“Raise the Flag” Campaign

The North Carolina Fallen Firefighters Foundation(NCFFF) was given the opportunity to place permanent flags poles surrounding the memorial site.  The previous memorial design, that was approved by the City of Raleigh, only allowed temporary flag poles to be used during the annual memorial service and when a line of duty death occurred.  To

take advantage of the privilege afforded us, the NCFFF purchased and installed permanent flag poles.  Please consider making a contribution to assist the North Carolina’s Fallen Firefighter Memorial with paying for the flag poles.  Your memorial and the new flag poles and flags pay tribute to those North Carolina Firefighters who gave their life protecting the citizens and property of North Carolina.  All funds raised through this campaign will assist with making the final payment on the flag poles and paying for maintenance costs for the memorial.   A page on the NCFFF website has been designated to list those who have given to this noble cause.
