Thin Red Line Basketball Tournament

Beaufort County Fireman’s Association held it’s first Thin Red Line Basketball Tournament on 13th.   The ten departments that participated in the tournament were: Aurora, Chocowinity, Old Ford, Clarks Neck, Bunyan, Pinetown, Bath, Belhaven, Pamlico Beach and Pantego.  Initially they had a $50 entry fee from the teams and each Department took it upon themselves to raise additional money ranging from $150 to $1350 for their entry fee.  The total raised was $8,500 for the NCFFF. Thanks to all departments who helped and participated in raising money for the Foundation.
