Deceased was responding to a MVA with a pin in, his vehicle ran off the road, he over corrected causing his POV to overturn, throwing him clear from the vehicle, and was killed. Firefighter Arthur was not wearing a seat belt.

Funeral @ New Gilead Church at 2400 Old Salisbury Concord Rd in Concord, Saturday the 16th @ 2:00 PM followed by a graveside gathering.
