North Carolina Fallen Firefighters Foundation. Minimize

The NCFFF is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, more specifically to lead the effort to remember North Carolina’s fallen firefighters and their families. The NCFFF will compile, maintain, and make available information concerning our fallen firefighters. The NCFFF will act in the best interest of the firefighters of North Carolina and supplement the efforts of other North Carolina based Fire Service and Government Agencies and the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation. The NCFFF will endeavor to cultivate a fraternal spirit among the firefighters as they endure the loss of their fellow firefighter.

Pre-1981 Firefighter Line-of-Duty Death Reporting

The National Fallen Firefighters Foundation has initiated Project: Roll Call in order to identify and honor firefighters who died in the line-of-duty prior to the establishment of the National Fallen Firefighters Memorial in 1981.
Our mission is to provide an avenue for fire service families and departments to submit a profile of a loved one or colleague who paid the ultimate sacrifice prior to 1981. All information collected will be researched and verified using the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation Memorial Inclusion Criteria.
The Foundation plans to honor these firefighters on our Roll of Honor and in the National Memorial Park in Emmitsburg, Maryland.
If you have information on a loved one or colleague that died in the line-of-duty prior to 1981, please help us honor your firefighter by completing the form on our website;
